Pacific Coast Home Solutions is an accredited business with the BBB and has an excellent rating. They have an active license with the Contractors State License Board as well. They have had a few complaints but all but one were resolved. I linked their report above for you to read their report in full.

Having just got of the phone from someone from Pacific Coast Home Solutions I can attest to the fact that they are rude and not to be trusted. After telling the telemarketer that called at 8:45pm that I wasn't interested they proceeded to call me back 3 times each time more abusive than the other. I fear this complaint, along with others come from an unsuccessful competitor and disgruntled former employees. The terminology and structure of their complaints make it quite obvious. Due to our success these few individuals take the time to bash us all throughout the internet.
